This patch draws the "exact" signal strength in dB and the battery level
in mV instead of the standard five-level-values.
Signal strength is negative, i.e. -75 dB is better than -90 dB.
Battery level is a value from ca. 4.150 mV (best) to 3.600 mV (worst).
