This patch uses the Fuction 16 in APP menu to switch between the AT+CGSN Patches
of mamaich (can be found at: http://mamaich.fuckru.net/sl45i/flash_edit.vkp) and
ACiD[mrp] (can be found at: http://www.gsmdev.de/index.php?c=viewprojektinfo&id=24).
you shoud comment the 0010F100: block in both patches
you can rename the "Fuction 16" string in you language pack in f.e. "online flashing" or "mamaich/acid"
